13:1. ఒక రోజు యూదా దేశపువాడైన ఒక దైవజనుడ్ని బేతేలు నగరానికి వెళ్లమని యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చాడు. ఆ దైవజనుడు అక్కడికి వెళ్లే సరికి రాజైన యరొబాము బలిపీఠం వద్ద నిలబడి ధూపం వేస్తూ వున్నాడు.

13:1. అంతట దైవజనుడైన యొకడు యెహోవాచేత సెలవు నొంది యూదాదేశమునుండి బేతేలునకు వచ్చెను. ధూపము వేయుటకై యరొబాము ఆ బలిపీఠమునొద్ద నిలిచి యుండగా

13:1. Just then a prophet from Judah, sent by the LORD, arrived in Bethel, as Jeroboam was standing near the altar ready to offer a sacrifice.

13:1. At the LORD's command, a man of God from Judah went to Bethel, arriving there just as Jeroboam was approaching the altar to burn incense.

13:1. And, behold, there came a man of God out of Judah by the word of Jehovah unto Beth-el: and Jeroboam was standing by the altar to burn incense.

13:1. And behold, a man of God came out of Judah by the word of the LORD to Bethel. Jeroboam was standing by the altar to make offerings.

13:1. The Lord commanded a man of God from Judah to go to the city of Bethel. King Jeroboam was standing at the altar offering incense when the man of God arrived.
